Head Chef Matt Ransome takes the best of ingredients, and with his flair and imagination creates stunning food which is a treat for the eyes and taste buds alike.
Taking influences from around the world and combining innovation with tradition, Matt uses the finest and freshest ingredients and produce from local farmers and producers whenever possible. Each of our dishes is lovingly prepared in the kitchen by Matt and his wonderful team. The menus combine traditional classics with culinary adventures and every dish from eggs benedict in the morning, a simple but delicious sandwich at lunch time, to the stunning evening menu is created with the same passion and dedication to exceeding the customers expectations.

Guests can choose to eat in the restaurant, the clock room, the bar or when the weather permits in the courtyard.
The restaurant is open for breakfast from 7.30am to 10.00am Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 10.30am Saturday and Sunday and for lunch from 12.00 noon to 2.30pm Monday to Friday, 12.00 noon to 5.30pm on Saturday and 12.00 noon to 8.00pm on Sunday. Dinner is available from 6.00pm to 9.00pm Monday to Saturday and 12 noon to 8.00pm on Sunday. A pizza menu is available from noon to 6.00pm Monday to Thursday and noon to 9.00pm Friday and Saturday.
