Here at The Crown Hotel we offer 14 en-suite bedrooms, all tastefully and individually decorated yet all retain the original coaching inn style to provide a memorable stay in Framlingham. Bedrooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, satellite TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi internet access and a hairdryer.

Room types include Doubles, Twins, Family rooms, Singles and our two special Feature Rooms, and each bedroom at The Crown Hotel is unique.

We are a dog friendly hotel so well behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs are able to stay overnight for an extra charge (£15).

Feature Rooms

There are two Feature bedrooms:

The very large Room 7, a twin room with views over the main square which is perfect for watching the Saturday morning market set-up as you have your early morning tea.

And Room 8, set out as a junior suite and overlooking the main square. The room is dominated by a magnificent 4 poster bed and has a very large flat screen TV. The bathroom is just off of the main room and has a special roll top bath. Just perfect for that romantic break or for the special wedding night.

Double Rooms

We have a number of double bedrooms, from the large and quiet Room 1 at the back of the hotel, Room 4 and Room 12 which overlook the courtyard, to the most haunted room in the hotel - Room 6 where the floorboards creak and groan in keeping with the age of the hotel.

Family Rooms

Room 3 is a large split-level family room that has a double bed and room for 2 small beds for children if needed.

Twin Rooms

There are a couple of twin rooms, both overlook the courtyard and are comfortable and have well appointed large bathrooms.

Single Rooms

There is one single bedroom - Room 14, a comfortable room for either the business traveller or for someone just to get away from it all.

For the superstitious you will be please to know that there is no room 13!
